Random wines tried before service (Oinoscent) : The wine shows planky notes again (like the 2024 Malagousia tasted before), citrus notes, vertical wine in style, again some petrol notes (like the 2024 Malagousia) Palate with worse plank notes, dry, almond husk, med body, bitterness in the med finish Why ?

Sample tasting at work (Oinoscent) : Partially matured in French oak, 14.0% The nose shows depth, almond core, citrus, quince fruit, some dry hay notes. Palate with better profile than the nose, oak derived flavors, walnut, high acidity, full body, tight and angular long finish. Feels uneven
