Aerated for about 2 1/2 hours, drunk over the next days. Served in a Spiegelau Definition Burgundy Glass. Translucent ruby colour. Nose: Dried cranberry, rosehip and some tart forest berries come through in the beginning. Afterwards, notes of wet leaves, assam tea, bresaola ham and crushed stones become noticeable.
