Oily texture, mature golde color. Intense honey and apricot nose, raisiny with dried figs - goes on in your mouth for quite a while, still with baby fat but not heavy. Nice.

Wine & Dine with Rainer Schnaitmann and Ernst Triebaumer (Züblin Vineyard terrace, Stuttgart) : Unfortunately served in the same huge glasses in very small quantity so the wine was a bit lost. Not that lightweight as Schnaitmanns Eiswein but surprisingly not as fat as expected. It has some botrytis but not too much and a great level of acidity which buffers the sweetness perfectly. Immortal
