Medium to dark ruby. Red fruit (strawberry), vanilla, and cinnamon nose with a slight dusty/farm component. Light to medium body, mostly dry, with medium soft tannins and medium+ acidity. The palate is jammy plum and red fruit, oak, bit of smoke, and a touch of alcohol. Clean lingering finish. Probably good with tomato sauce foods like pizza. 87 pts

Fruit forward but not jammy. Hints of red currant and boysenberries, with a soft acidity but enough to hold a box spice finish for 30 seconds. Great during the corona virus shelter in place.

A beautiful bright color with a modest depth. Notes of dark berry on the nose with a hint of spice. The pallet has a wonderful character of variety that includes vanilla, mint and a touch of pepper. The real surprise was an excellent finish when …

Excellent zin; dark color and full body; fresh dark fruit nose; taste is a perfect balance of sweetness, acid and creaminess; finish is long lasting

Youthfully shy, a bit of aeration reveals notes of sweet pipe tobacco and juicy flavors of ripe blue and red berries, anise and mild peppercorns. More a statement of freshness than porty over-extraction the wine delivers a mouthful of piquant just-picked raspberries. At its best now through 2020. RETAIL $45.00 | WINE CLUB $36.00

Vinturi'ed & decanted for a couple of hours. Great fruity nose. Nice vivid fruit tastes with some pepper and licorice. Smooth to drink with a long finish on the tongue.
