100% organically farmed Sylvaner from 50 yo vines in Grand Cru Zotzenberg. Fermented and aged in ancient oak vats. 14% alcohol. Quite pale lime-green color. Delicious. Crisp Sylvaner with a sauvage streak of boar fat. Nose with dried citrus peel and stones. Good body and arching texture. Solid finish with a little patchouli and more citrus. Good stuff.
