Excellent quality here for a langhe Nebbiolo - clearly a top producer and vintage. Roses, liquorice and hints of tar. Fine grained tannins. Took a while to open up fully so can probably age longer, but delicious now.

Fortsatt skikkelig tight - prime begynner vel om en 5-10 år.

Red fine color with some maturity. Slightly warm deep scent of cherries, licorice and roses. Slightly sour cherry with hints of cedar, blueberry, licorice. Nice.

The best and last bottle from this case. Worth cellaring. Was even better on day 2

Translucent garnet, with rose petals and sour cherries on the nose. Medium bodied, there's serious concentration delivered by silky yet slightly drying tannins. It starts off with (almost volcanic) earth which morphs into delicious succulent yet somehow savoury pomegranate and sour cherry rounding out into a rising yet drying finish. No doubt this is a great LN that's absolutely built for the long haul, yet somehow it remains fresh and appealing and the bottle disappears very quickly. Nice to drink …

Roberto Voerzio's Langhe Nebbiolo Disanfrancesco from 2016 delivers on top day 3 with one glass left in the bottle. Classic nebbiolo with seductive dried roses… felt a bit flat at first but now blooms in a brilliant way. Quality Langhe from Voerzio!

Nice dark colour. A little spicy dark fruit. Clean. Lovely dry taste of dark cherry.

Medium to light body, some fading at the rim. The aromatics are starting to shine now, floral with red cherry fruit and some young leather, the palate has plenty of freshness and still lines the mouth with fine tannins and works best with food, early days but drinks well now with plenty of time ahead

Very pleasant in the mouth. Maybe a bit thin? Raspberry candy. But with my food everything falls into place. This is one of those winematchings that adds value. 1+1=3. So potato gratin, ham schnitzel, sauce bearnaise and this wine made my day. Saving half. Might be back. Day 2: Pretty much the same.

Still young from the color. Some hint of hibiscus and raspberries. Tannis and high acidity. Ok for vino wine with curry fish head and mum speciality meat ball.

The color is medium ruby with hints of that Nebbiolo rustiness. The nose is reserved, with darker fruits and a sweet wooden note. On the palate, medium bodied, elegant and quite intense, with good acidity and long, drying tannins. This is a high quality Nebbiolo, but I think I'll keep my second bottle for a few years, allowing it to better integrate the wooden notes and smoothen the tannins. Insta: @vin_rune

A little too young, quite serious and tight, tannins need food but best leave these a year or so longer at least

Great Langhe from great producer. Very young so better give it some air before drinking. Nice to follow during coming 5-10 years...

A very good Langhe Nebbiolo but maybe one year to early. Lots of perfume, roses and spices but the tannins are still a bit harsh. 90 points.
