Pale yellow color. Citric and fruity with a mineral note on the nose. Without persistence, very smooth in the mouth with a watery texture and a marked central acidity. It's nice. Medium intensity on nose, medium bodied, medium length, medium finish, medium complexity. yah... medium nice, but at $27 in Canada, not a medium price.

Pale lemon colour and showing a light petillance. Fragrant nose displaying beautiful notes of fresh apricots, melon, ripe green apples, lemon peel and hints of savoury yeast. Dry in the mouth with a bit of carbonic dissolved and a zesty medium+ acidity. It is medium-bodied with a somewhat oily mouthfeel and tasty flavours. The finish is persistent. The colour of today’s wine was pretty much as expected. Very bright, slightly green’ish reflexes, astoundingly cloudy and a bit on the carbonic acid side! The nose impressed with elegance and personality.
