Tintara Cabernet Sauvignon

Nose is quite subtle but layered, savoury herbs and cumin, ripe and soft blackcurrant, eucalyptus and licorice. Palate echoed the nose, balanced and rounded personality. Medium-bodied with low acidity running through the supple structure. Finish is somewhat one dimensional and chalky. Drink this after 2 more years and the tannins should have fully integrated into the aromatic components. But this is not for long term cellaring.
