Berlucchi Guido Franciacorta Berlucchi '61 Nature Rosé

Tasted at Tre Bicchieri NYC 2025. This was just stunning. Lovely light rosé color with lots of tiny bubbles. Nose has light strawberry and golden raspberry along with brioche. Palate is clean and fresh with very bright acidity, tons of minerals and a mouth coating layer of fruit that is complex and downright delicious. Texture is dense but round. Finish is extremely long. Just wonderful! Not yet available in the US but they said it would be soon.
