Bottle a lightly-treading 1125g. Moderately intense aromas of cherry, dried cherry, a little volatility, black tea. Dry, with moderate juicy acidity, moderate grippy tannins, medium-bodied, 13.5% abv. Dried cherry with some meatiness on the palate. Savory, saline finish. Not ripasso, and all the better for it.
