Thinking that this might be over the hill, opened with clam linguine. Still holding on, wouldn’t wait much longer, though. Madame Couturier’s wines are lovely, ripe, and unoaked (and unfiltered). This is sort of like a Rousanne hard candy. Have I said that before? Very deep golden color, showing it’s age, bit of struggle between fruit and alcohol. Glad I was able to buy and ship home (that’s a storey!)
