Château des Herbeux Montrachet

Never heard of this producer before, but came across this bottle recently for a relative song. Slightly protruding, moldy cork, but the wine is in good shape. Aromas of ripe pear, hint of peach, green apple, mint, vanilla, spice, digested oak. Mostly resolved, lemony/woody palate with not a lot of fruit left, hint of mineral grip. A pleasant aged white burgundy that has held up well, but far from a great Montrachet.
