PnP. Nose shows sawdust, raspberry and menthol. Sassy and bright red raspberry quickly transitions to a pleasant melange of herbal notes, remaining light on its feet. Slight sourness leads the finish, turning a bit more cherry-like before light tannins and old oak provide a contrasting, medium-length finish. A fun, lgiht refreshing wine to drink on its own and an excellent QPR. Picked this up at BD13 as part of a 2017-2019 vertical.

little/none experience with domestic Carignane. a bit strange at first. nose was pretty subdued throughout. got better in the decanter around 1.5 hour mark. lots of blue fruit.
