Double decanted. Aged in 95% neutral oak (primarily French) & 5% stainless steel for around 10m. Dry tea leaves, cherry, pencil lead, cranberry, a faint hint of spice, mushroom, smoke & oak. This PN is bright & enticing and, in my opinion, should be consumed sooner than later.

PnP. Let first glass air for 1hr. Slightly cloudy medium ruby - unfiltered. Clean. Medium intensity with aroma of sour cherry yogurt herbal stemmy notes and baking spices. Dry. Medium alcohol. Medium(+) acidity. Medium(+) tannin. Medium body. Medium intensity with flavours of cherry herbs cinnamon cranberry and strawberry. Medium finish. Good. Drink now. Very grippy a touch hallow in the middle astringent finish. Old world style must be lots of stems just needs a bit more fruit to balance it …
