Drank this on Thanksgiving --turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, etc. Nice wine for people like me who don't like the cloying fruitiness of many roses and blushes. Dry, light strawberry with good acidity. Overall, felt like a fairly sophisticated rose that would be a nice break from white wine when you want something to go with turkey, pork.

salmon colored nose of watermelon and stone fruit light on the palate, with a moderate amount of acidity, the wine is refreshing - I get earthy flavors along with some tart, fruity notes. enjoyable
