finish the bottle when you open it.. doesnt hold up well after opening. tart cherry and earth. smooth and light had lots of sediment in the bottle. tried both chilled and at about 68 degrees F.. better mouthfeel when warmer. bitter and tannic with a decidedly overly tart cherry note when chilled.. out of balance.
