Fine and drier. Puréed pear, faint bitter lick (hint of stem). In the beginnings of integration, no screaming high acid. Light on chalk and plenty of minerals to finish. Fair quality. 92+

Intense! Firm acidity, limes just taking on a little toastiness. Tastes very young, needs time.

Fine boned, with a fine line of driving lemon acidity to a considerable length. It has a steely resolve. Whilst it’s quality is identifiable, it’s too young right now. 92+

As good as any 2023 CV I’ve had over the past 12 months. Dry where it counts, calm lemon right through the palate, sinewy, good lengh. Moons aligned today.

An excellent, refined, elegant Clare Riesling. Needs time.

In a bit of a dumb phase. Nose is soft and diffuse and palate just seems dumb with fruit subdued. Lacking clarity and freshness. Will leave rest for a couple of years

Appearance: pale in intensity, lemon in colour. Nose: medium in intensity. Primary aromas of floral aromas (blossom), green fruit (apple), citrus fruit (lemon, grapefruit) and wet stones. Palate: The wine is dry. Acidity is high, alcohol is medium, body is light. Flavour intensity is medium. Primary flavours of green fruit (apple) and citrus fruit (lemons, grapefruit).
