Popped and poured making a salmon dinner. Notes of cherries, rose petals and little spice. Medium body. Enojoyable.

Fun pinot. Unfiltered and full of bing cherries. Went very well with a gourment shrimp taquito and rare ahi peppercorn. Very different from a normal pinot!

A really nice, underrated Pinot. Subtle tannins almost give the feeling of slight carbonation. Dusty in color, but the fruit really evolved as the wine opened up. Really nice stuff.
