Alquimista Cellars Pinot Noir Manchester Ridge

Since the wine is so young, I thought I would see how she was doing and have a taste via a Coravin. After sampling, I pulled the cork! This is ready to drink and wonderful. Big blueberry with floral and a slight dustiness on the nose. Exceptionally smooth and silky on the palette. Less acidic than comparable pinots from the region. Can’t wait to see what how it evolves over time.
