PnP. Needs time and air to show its beauty. On the nose lemon, herbs and a hint of minerality, on the palate mouth-watering acidity, dense and very long, big difference compared to the basic Pinot Blanc we had yesterday. Still very youthful, no signs of tertiary notes, drink now or within the next 8 to 10 years.

Elegant style German Pinot Blanc, subtle flavors, moderate acidity. Works quite well when slightly chilled on a hot summer day. Just a bit too lean for me in this quality segment. Prefer a bit more extract and depth when enjoying a GG wine.
