An Introduction Into the World of Whiskey (Total Wine & More Arboretum Village, Austin, TX) : Comprised primarily of corn, with lesser amounts of wheat and barley in the blend, craft distilled and aged 3 years in the heart of Kentucky, using local limestone based water. Carefully selected yeasts provide complexity making the bourbon slightly herbaceous on entry, but also bolder in the mouth. Notes notes of sweet spicy cinnamon, vanilla custard, and citrus. Clean gentle finish.
