Now there we go, that smells like powerful Gruner. And tastes like it as well. Richly powerful stuff.

Where was the white pepper? It opened up into crazy fresh grasses, herbs, and flowers. More like a Chardonnay. Some leesy taste. Maybe the finish is duller than I want and there wasn’t enough acid.

Subtle profile. Great sushi pairing. Not particularly aromatic but lovely
