Same as my previous note. Add some bell pepper and smoke, and we're done. Still incredibly youthful. Definitely room for improvement.

Intense, mineral and bright with fresh cut grass, gooseberry and passion fruit. Mouth puckering acid, intense lemon and mineral tingling on the tongue, medium to light bodied, slightly creamy, slightly salty, long finish. The intensity of this might be too much for some but this is a well made with with lots of personality. My teeth hurt.

Green grass, honey, mineral and lemon. Tart! Intense! I like acidic wines but this is past my limit. Maybe more time in the bottle, but what does Sauvignon blanc evolve into? Lacking the texture I look for in the best SB's.
