Label: “2016 Chardonnay Barrel Ageing, nagano appellation control” Bought this in a tourist shop in Nagano. clearly oaked, both in nose and in body. Full bodied. Lemon, short length. Good effort, can be better if paired with the right food, maybe a cream based pasta.
