strawberries then cherries and currants. nice smooth mouthfeel and full fruit. smooth tannin and a touch of pepper on the finish. really nice red.

Nice front with smooth raspberries and some sharp cherries, but then this dropped off into nothing. some slightly silky mouthfeel a la merlot or syrah, but there was really no body or finish to this...def would NOT buy again.

Rustic with dense fruit. Rich, and a bit smoky. Real good.

Very dry. Smells like overripe tomato and burning leaves. Tom thinks it smells like smoked sausage, whatever it is, it's salty and smoky but not in a good way. Tastes of chemicals with small hint of ink and dark fruits in there somewhere. Mostly just really dry with a cough syrup finish.

I expect a bit more character from a $17 Languedoc

Sampled at Papa Joe's. Cost $0.84 per ounce. The colour is dark maroon. The nose is faint. The taste is quite dry, and is earthy. Good (81 or so).
