Perfect fill, likely late release. Iron, gamey, blood, dark fruit, classically Pommard, quite resolved yet incredibly structured, seeming to gain weight with air. Fruit quality evident, if tasting like Chave (i.e. Syrah) to my palate. 93-94

a touch funky at the start, as if there were a cork taint, but that faded and the brilliance of this wine shown through... absolutely amazing nose, just explosive!
