This time, a few years later, some earth and a hint of funk on the nose. A bit of raspberry and tart cherry on the palate with prominent acidity. This is unlikely to get much better--I think the difficulty of the vintage is starting to rear its head just a bit. Still, for now, Outstanding. thedrunkencyclist.com

Once again, the CT tasting window: What? Popped and poured, gorgeous nose of ripe strawberries and blackberries. Not much of the Burgundian funk, though. On the palate, luscious and ripe with ample acidity on the back end. Not a ton of tannin back there, but enough to hold this together for a few more years at least. Outstanding.

Red fruit and spice on the nose. Well balanced with a touch of tannin and acidity. Much darker in color than most American Pinot's. Complimented citrus grilled chicken breasts with roasted vegetables. A mosy enjoyable experience with a complex bottle.

Excellent. Fruity up front, with a spicy (but not too spicy) finish. Light to medium bodied, perfect for the warm weather. Wish I had bought a few more bottles.
