This is a good wine…just barely past its prime and heading in a slow regression. Second bottle in the last week and it’s thinning out. If you have any, drink them up!

Interesting to drink this as someone who has mostly had burgundy when it comes to pinot noir. There is some good old world character and rusticity here but there is also a residual sugar sweetness and almost artifical density I am not used to. Moderate structure. Still very enjoyable. I had half; drunk over 1 night. Vvv

OMG …. The first taste was horrible Maybe it was stored hot at Wine.com, but if not , this is a very acidic Pinot Noir ☹️

This would be the 3-4 bottle from this vintage I’ve had, and each time I have to remind myself to be patient. Opens up pretty strong (good acidity), but if you wait just a bit the fruit comes forth as if it’s just hit market. Very good Pinot given the price. Refined.

We found this Pinot to be full bodied, but very dry on the palette. But it paired extremely well with pesto salmon. Because of the dryness, it needs to be paired with food.

Honestly, this is just flavored water. No structure, no nuance, no nothing. Maybe it’s due to a small sample size, but this is the common theme for California pinot noir.

Light nose, some strawberry, grass. On palatte lots of Strawberry, cola. Solid wine, very tasty. Drinking well but would probably improve over next 2-5 years.
