Cantine Vitea Sangue di Giuda dell'Oltrepo Pavese Molinazzo

A dessert wine, so it is supposed to be sweet. Mind you this is not a fortified wine; it's just 6% alcohol. It's also fizzy. Was this made by stopping fermentation half way somehow, resulting in low alcohol and a high content of sugars remaining? Anyway, it does not have the characteristics of the more classic sweet wines, genre port, rivesaltes and others.
