Château de la Charrière Beaune Cuvée Vieilles Vignes

A really nice wine - it needs a 30-40 mins open to find the fruit, but then it's raspberry bliss and some bitter chocolatey notes on the nose. Rather light but a bit rustic red fruit on the palate, but this wine has a very high glou-glou factor as the french say - makes you want to refill your glass with it's slightly sour cherries and raspberries.
