Mouth puckering acidity. Notes of green apple. Very enjoyable. I brought this to a dinner at an Italian restaurant with my wine group. This was our only white wine of the night, and everyone enjoyed it.

delicious. Brightened by the vermentino blend, I might lighten that percentage in the future, as this is a very linear wine, but with nice full mouth opulence. Delicious with California Halibut portuguese style.

Ridge Lytton Springs on a Long Weekend (Ridge Vineyards Lytton Springs) : Crisp green apple, saline, maybe just a bit of wildflower honey on the palate. Nose isn't much of anything -- grassy, maybe a bit of tidal marsh. Quite delightful.
