A private lunch (Restaurant Schloss Berg ***, Perl/Nennig, Germany) : Incredibly youthful - tasting blind I guessed 2004. Totally driven by its minerality, fresh and with some vegetal bitters, but they are well integrated, light on its feet, tightly coiled, very dry, very good length. Uncompromising, even after 23 years.
