Carhartt Vineyard Zinfandel La Vista Vineyard

Not great, on its own: too heavy and too much fruit. With some chili, rice, & eggs, it was fine. Although it's 15.1% -OH, no evidence of hotness in this wine. I say drink up, I don't think this gets better with more time. Second/last bottle on 7/15: a different wine, much better balance, still delicious with Plan Check chili. Raising numerical rating to 90.
