Floral, fruity, spices, smoked meat. In the mouth, round, long, good body, marked by smoke. Fine tannins. Exceptional wine.

Very delicate fruit aromas which blended nicely with a humid earth feel. The palate was rich with a modest body and soft tannins, not very acidic but did have presence and long lasting after-taste. Was consumed with Grana-Pardano cheese and a Balsamic caramel reduction which over-powered this more modest wine.
