Det har inte samma pigghet som en riesling eller samma frukt som en pinot Grieg men det finns en fin balans. Syra absolut, kropp ja mer än förväntat. Balanserar det laxfrikadeller med gurkmajo? Ja, riktigt bra, annorlunda men kommer köpa fler årgångar och dricker dem unga.

Nothing wrong here, nothing exceptional. I don't have deep experience with nascetta, but this is in line with others I've tasted. Stone fruits. Some florals. Muted minerality. Medium acidity. Nice aperitif. Good with a subtle cheese plate. A bit simple but good value for the money. I'd happily drink this again on a warm evening.

Pale watery green color. Bright, fragrant aromas of sweet yellow apple, grass, hay, some stony minerality and hints of gooseberry. Quite full-bodied palate yet refreshing and high in acidity. The flavors are rich, but not particularly ripe with notes of wet stones, crisp lemony citrus fruits, sweeter red apple and more tart green apple, some steely minerality, a little vegetal greenness and a hint of bitterness. There is a hint of sweeter stone fruit in the tip of the tongue. …
