A sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, that tastes just like that, a carbonated SB. None of the transformative change that happens with the Pinots and Chard in Champagne, or Chenin Blanc in the Loire. Tastes okay, and is actually quite interesting, if you like herbal and green fruits in your bubbles.
