Stephen Ross Zinfandel Dante Dusi Vineyard

Pretty medium density garnet-red color, rich aromas of brambly red fruit. Medium-bodied, with delicious red cherry & a touch of raspberry flavors in a Pinot Noir-like palate, versatile and asappropriate for lighter red meats as for BBQ. Not your father's Zinfandel, never jammy or overheated. This is a delicious example of a how good a Zin can be made when a winemaker chooses to do so. Long finish as well.
