Parparoussis Muscat of Rio Patras

Medium to dark amber. Strong scents of honey, caramel, nuts, orange peel. Medium body and viscosity with acidity supporting the fruit expression and keeping sweetness in check. satisfying length. A very good sweet wine irrespective of vintage and aging.

Tasted at The Ritz Restaurant in London Eye: deep golden orange color. Nose: nutty, dried apricots, honey, floral. Palate: caramel, honey, mango, apricot, full body, sweet but good structure, long finish. Excellent.

Lovely aromas of apricot and peach jam, pergamond, dried fruits and sweet spices are followed by a full bodied palate with a bright acidity balancing the wine's sweetness.Very long and caressing finish. This is a wonderful Greek Vin de Paille overperforming Samos and all but the best Santorini Vinsantos.

From sun-dried grapes. Clear and bright golden color. Very typical muscat nose. Scents of orange peel, spices and white flowers. Full-bodied, with high level of residual sugar and flavors of honey, tangerine and red currants. Syrupy and a bit cloying. This vintage is more sweet than the others. Persistent afertaste.
