very very nice now, fruity yet less sweet than I remember from previous bottles drunk earlier, more nice bitter agrumes/brulee note to it

very nice wine, especially with Asian food or ripe fruity dishes, off dry, but good balancing acidity!

Super-ripe, just one step before overripe, and intense. Full of tropical and floral note, hint of evey alsace varieties although im not sure about the cepage (hint of gewurz, pinot blanc, gris, silvaner, riesling, and muscat). Round mouthfeel with slight sweetness. Low acidity, but several steps before lacking in acidity. Long complex finish. Gains focus towards the bottom of the bottle where a lot of sediments rest.
