Med lemon, lemon peel and orange on the nose. Palate very high acid, oyster shells, saline, lemon, cream, long finish. Really excellent, love Mollitor wines.

This is one to try for the rieslingheads. The nose is intense with notes of petrol, peach, stonefruit, green apple, honey, and slatey minerality. The palate is full with sweetness and high acidity along with notes of green apple, more unripe stonefruit and almost a candied ginger component as well. It's really well balanced and opens up more in the glass.

Medium bodied with yellow apple and peach upfront, moving to yellow and gold mango and pineapple through the middle. Pale lemon yellow. Wonderful bouquet of white peach, wild strawberry, and mandarin, plus creamy and herbal notes. Lightly reductive. Slightly less intense than I remember from both the 2016 and 2018 vintage, perhaps a little closed down at the moment. Richly textured mouthfeel. Soft and creamy with a good acidity that offers structure. Fresh apple, mandarin, orange, sweet pineapple. Fruity in style with the herbal touch so typical of the Ürziger Würzgarten. Long finish. Quick note. Just lovely with a bit of air. The acidity is so fresh and plays so nicely on the sweetness. Notes of pear and honey and jasmine and Meyer lemon. Probably will continue to evolve but quite good now.

Fantastic wine. Very petroleum. Nice combination of acidity and sweetness. I did comparative tasting to same vintage of Green capsule Spatlese and Green Capsule is slightly better as it is more complex and have more flower oriented palate. Green Spatlese is slightly less sweet than this Golden Kabinett.

Sötare än väntat, stark petroleum i nosen, tydlig simpel frukt. Sötman döljer tyvärr syran så saknar krispighet. Upplever generellt bra balans med långt avslut. För söt för min personliga smak men kanske passar till efterrättsost eller liknande.

Flinty and juicy nose, loaded with white fruit, verging on tropical and a touch of peppery spice. Ripe fruit on the border of tropical and stone fruit. Very mineral, slate and matchstick characteristics. Round in texture, quite slick, with striking but not searing acidity. Extremely mineral and quite saline. Long, long finish heavy on sweet fruit and mineral notes. A touch of gingery spice too. What a great value!!!
