1.8g Dosage Good depth, slightly aged, fine brioche notes. Nicely balanced acidity and it feels a bit richer than the Dosage might suggest. Would buy/drink again.

Söt fruktig doft men smakade väldigt fräsch, mycket mineral och omogna frukter samt mycket kolsyra. Bör drickas 2030

Top PLV super Champagner

Disgorged May 2019. Deep gold, very biscuity/toasty, good acid to balance the somewhat advanced flavor profile. Drinking well overall but would not want to push this another year or two.

Light golden straw in color with lots of fine bubbles. Nose of crushed stone, lemon zest, toasted bread, creme freshe, and a touch of hazelnut skin. Body is medium, big effervescence, high acidity, bone dry, medium alcohol. Flavors of yellow pear, lemon curd, crushed limestone, hazelnut skins, toasted brioche.

7/10 - initial tastes dry, fresh, citric. Then more fruit and softness

Lightly apple-y on nose and palate. Crisp, juicy and delicious, full of bubbles. Worth every penny!! Great with tortellini salad and bread.

69% PN / 31% Chardonnay. Bottling 4/2019, disg't 1/2023. 0.8g/l Light gold color with a steady stream of fine bubbles. Medium powered bouquet with autolysis notes in front of lemon and Ataulfo mango. Bigger than average body that helps prolong the finish. Worth holding a couple more years, imvho. 5+10+16+8= 89

Trevlig champagne med toner av äpple, lime och lite bröd. Lite stängd först men öppnar upp efter ett tag i glaset.

QN: deeply colored, dried red fruits and nuts, very pinot dominant on the nose, fine bead, full bodied with a lot of reserve wine character... very nice

69%PN, 31%Ch from Verzenay and Verzy, disg. Jan 2023, Dosage 0.8g/L PnP @ 54*, drank over 3 days. Pretty stable. Color slight gold (color not well rendered in my photo). Small bead, not v. effervescent. Nose: lemon, pastry cream, sweet bread. Tastes of baked apple, a bit of browned apple, lemon curd, some almond. A bit of "roundness" at the beginning, but the finish is bitter. The nose is really nice, and better than the taste. It’s a decent value …

Fine for the money, if undistinguished and a bit generic.

Gott, tydligt pinot noir men ganska skarpt. Mår nog bra av lite tid i källaren.

Agree with everything already said. Great nose and mouthfeel, punches way above its weight

Nose of cheese, brioche and lemon curd with a touch of salinity. Biting, vibrant palate of citrus with a creamy element and a long mineral and yeasty finish. Lovely, civilised ultra brut NV which others have noted below punches way above its price category.

Baked green apple, caramel green apple, lemon juice, lemon curd, hazelnut, marcona almond, brown butter, pastry crust, and a bit of gingerbread cookie. Deep golden, almost copper color. Plenty of acid, and a rounder mouthfeel, probably from some oxygen, in addition to the extended lees aging. Medium mousse. Delicious!

Mycket prisvärt. Vissa mognadstoner trots en n.v. Bra syra och trevlig mineralitet men lite endimensionell.

It spent 5 years on the lees before being disgorged, which is spectacular for a non vintage! The love of making champagne is evidenced in this wine. Kudos to this RM for making a fabulous bottle of bubbly. The 1.6 g/l dosage is perfect, it really does well in highlighting the acidity. It performs like an aged vintage champagne, expressing warm bread notes, a buttery creaminess, and a complexity that continued to reveal itself even into the last glass. The …

Crusty white bread, cold steel, talc, lemon curd on the nose. Amazing bone dry attack with bracing acidity. Very austere, not for everyone, but I like it.

Champagne J.M. Labruyère visit (Verzenay, Champagne, France) : 🏅 Rating 93/100 (4,3⭐) Base 2014. Disg. 07/ 2018. 100% Pinot Noir. Expressive, red berries. Friendly. I think it very well shows Verzenay terroir which Pinot Noirs tend to be lighter, fresher and have more finesse due to its more Northern exposition
