Hazy lemon yellow in the glass. Beautiful aromas of fresh & oxidized green apple, pear, yellow apple, apricot. Some sea salt as well. Light on the palate, quite juicy, but could use a bit more acidity to balance out the fruit, which tends to turn flabby after the first glass. Medium finish.
