Erst von der Nase etwas verschlossen, dann entwickelt sich ein angenehmes Beerenbouquet, nicht zu präsent. Geschmack nach Cranberries mit leicht holzig-pfeffrigen Beigeschmack. Tannine sind gut eingebunden. Runder Wein als Essenbegleiter zu dunklem Fleisch.

For first hour out of bottle this has a nose and palate totally like peperonni with some sweet/sour cherry's on the side. Very different, first time i've expereinced this...after a good hour this settles, and you get typical light cherry/berry notes. The mouth feel is light, moderate acid and minimal tannins. Not bad, nothing complex - but the meaty aspect is cool.
