Tasted blind. Clear, medium (+) yellow with golden hues. The nose is clean, developing, medium in intensity, with tart apple, lemon, peach aromas and non-fruit components including herbs, cream and some sweet baking spices. The palate is dry and consistent with the nose, with medium to medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol at 13% and some phenolic bitterness on the medium finish. This is actually a remarkably well made, medium-bodied, balanced wine for the money. Drink now, not intended for aging.
