Isabelle & Bruno Perraud Mon Blanc des Molières

Moderate lemon in the glass. Not too aromatic, but opens up to a ton of richness on the palate. Explosion of flavors from primary fruit such as green apple, pear, oxidised peach & nectarine to some nice touches of salinity. Medium acidity, it's all about the texture here. Moderate finish. Not the most complex wine, but super easy-drinking.
