This was a glass in a restaurant, so I have no idea how long the bottle was open. My feeling was this bottle was too young or did not breathe long enough or both, as the depth of aroma & sweetness was a bit muted. It was clearly recognizable as a garnacha with spices, sour cherries, cranberries, & perhaps a bit of white pepper with fairly smooth tannins. Enjoyable with our pállela negra & chorizo.
