So-so. Had that weird bacon flavor you some times get with a Pinotage. Unless you’re serving it with the right food, it’s just a distraction. I won’t drink this again.

Very gamey nose, with some secondary red fruit aromas. Grilled meat, cherry, and sweet oak flavors. Easy pairing with aged cheese.
