Very citrus-forward at first, then brings a hit of funk (and the murky, unfiltered appearance in the glass reinforces that). There's some subtle tropical fruit sweetness after that, and a mouth-coating, clay-like minerality with a lingering sour note on the finish. Offers a fair amount of complexity and layering.

Reminds me of a fruit beer. Effervescent but with a huge lemon kick and a slight bit of funk. Interesting but not my preference for wine.
