Intense perfume of roses, fragrant pear, exotic fruits like rambutan and lychee. The entry balances ripe fruit with keen acidity. Fuller body than the 13% ABV would imply. Great mid palate saturation leads on to a satisfyingly dry finish. Went great with spicy salmon roll.

Pale salmon with a clean edge. Bright and vibrant flavors of lingonberry, green apple and lemon lime sherbet. A vein of minerals runs through it all. Racy mid-palate and finishes long and dry.
