OK Fairly dry more fruit would be better. Smooth but light

Very light straw color. The nose shows a minerality, with honeysuckle, white pepper, and some citrus fruits. Tastes sweet initially, raw honey (even though the wine is dry), lime, saline, and spice. Medium in body, dry tannins, with a minerally finish for 30+ seconds, this wine has another year or two remaining, and goes quite well with spicy Thai food.

The minerality becomes more apparent in the mid-palate, adding complexity and interest. The vervy finish is medium in length, dissipates just in time to make you reach for another drink. This …

Nose: Honeydew melon, lime, violets, spice box, black pepper. Palate: Tons of acidity throughout, with primarily lemon/lime on the attack. Spiciness peeks in from time to time as well. More citrus along with tart pears on the mid-palate through to the finish. Nice toastiness as well on the finish, in many ways beer-like. You won't mistake this for gewurz from Alsace, but it is very tasty in its own right.
